Scialle Mantella Rosa Piccolo takes its name from the rose, flower of Aphrodite, ancient symbol of beauty, joy, and the irresistible power of love. A shorter mantella: a shaped wrap that closes at the neckline with a hand-embroidered buttonhole, sitting at the shoulders with the ease of a piece made to be worn often, not saved for one occasion. Handmade entirely by hand in Scicli, Sicily, by Le Donne di Luce, each piece carries the mark of the woman who made it.

In Cupro Silk Blend, it is defined by movement and light. The fabric falls fluidly around the shoulders, catching subtle reflections with every gesture, a quiet luminosity that accompanies rather than announces. When your Shawl reaches your hands, it comes accompanied by our Good Care Kit, designed to preserve its beauty across years of wearing.

Inside you will find a hand-stitched linen pouch inspired by the traditional Sicilian pillowcase, a portabene, a small lucky charm to watch over your shawl, and a handcrafted olive wood comb to keep the fringes beautiful. The Shawl travels to you sealed inside a recycled paper box, closed with one of our precious yarns and the CHIARA IS wax seal.
